    - Mid-week adjustments as needed
    - Unlimited communication (Text, Call, Video calls, Training Peaks, E-mail)

    - Basic and advanced strength training structured into plan (access to gym needed)

  • Level 3 Multi-Sport Coaching - $300/mo

    Plan Includes all of level 1 and 2 services, additionally:

    -1x/month, 50 minute video call with partnered Mental Performance Coach
    -Swim stroke analysis with personalized skills & drills based on athletes ability level (Through video sent by athlete or in person if local)

  • Stroke Analysis

    Stroke Analysis - $20

    Send a front, side, and back view video of your swimming to Grace for feedback and analysis. Drills will be recommended to help improve technique

    **Monthly Level 3 TriwithGrace athletes receive this as part of the package

  • Single Sport & Fitness Coaching - $150+/mo

    Great option for those looking for general fitness and/or single sport plans. Price will vary depending on client requests.

  • 70.3 Training Plan - $150

    This 70.3 training plan includes 16-weeks of set swim/bike/run training. It is meant for someone that comes from a generally fit background (has confidence in the water, able to run a few miles, and bike about an hour) and wants to get started in their 70.3 journey. This is NOT meant for someone wanting to be competitive in their age group. The plan is generally focused on building an aerobic base, with introductions to intervals. The plan starts at ~6 hours of training the first week and builds up to 11.5 hours during its “peak” week(s). It also gives Monday as a recovery day. When reaching out for purchase, please indicate if your race is on a Saturday or Sunday. Plan is delivered in its entirety through the Training Peaks app and does not include schedule adjustments. A 1 hour pre-race phone or video call is included to answer any questions. If your a self-motivated athlete wanting guidance towards your 70.3, this is the plan for you!
