"After meeting Coach Grace during a swim and asking her for technique tips, I hired her as my swim coach. We met monthly to review my swim form, and she would apply the cues and drills we went over during our lesson to the following week’s swim workouts. Her workouts were always personalized to match my goals and what I enjoyed doing in the pool. She is also great with communication and was flexible around my schedule. When I could not swim, she organized strength workouts to help me maintain swim-specific strength. My technique improved to the point where others commented on my form since starting with Grace, and I became more efficient and faster in the water, dropping close to 10 seconds off of my average 100/yd freestyle pace.
